Peak Season includes bank holidays, half term, Christmas and New Year and any local festivals.
There is an additional charge of £100 for linen and cleaning, which is in addition to the above rates.
Peak season between 13th July 2024 and 7th September 2024 there is a minimum of 7 nights and check in is on a Saturday.
There is a minimum stay of three nights over the Christmas period.
Three bedrooms can be booked for a maximum of 6 persons in three bedrooms with king sized beds. Bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size bed OR two extra single beds.
