The Cottage Treliggon Farm Details

The Cottage is a semi detached property (attached to Treliggon Farmhouse).  It has central heating throughout and a log burner in the lounge. 

The lounge has plenty of seating in the form of two three seater sofas and an armchair, as well as television and DVD/Bluray  player and a good selection of books and games.  

The kitchen is very well equipped, providing you with all the necessary equipment to make your stay a home from home. As well as the full sized oven and hob, there is a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, wine fridge, kettle and coffee maker.  The extendable table can seat up to eight and a further extendable table and chairs are in the lounge if required. 

The utility room has a washing machine and toilet and gives access to the rotary drier outside.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms.

Bedroom One has a king size bed, wardrobe chest of drawers, hairdryer and television.  There is plenty of room for a cot (not provided),  and the newly renovated en-suite, boasts a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. The large window gives views over the front garden and gives this room a very light and airy feel. 

Bedroom Two also has a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and television.  This room also has views of the front garden.

Bedroom Three has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and television.  This room can be configured as a king sized bed OR 2 single beds. 

The family bathroom has also been recently renovated with a new shower, bath, toilet and basin fitted. 

The patio at the front of The Cottage is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the fresh Cornish air.  There is plenty of outside seating as well as a dining table and benches for alfresco dining.  The games room contains a pool table, table football and darts to entertain both children and adults during the evening.  There is a badminton set that can be played on the astro turf and a variety of outside games.

At the rear of The Cottage,  there is a rotary drier as well as a hose for washing down wetsuits and hooks to dry them on.
